Homemade sugar-salt ORS (oral rehydration solution)

When was a diarrhea, only low amount of liquid are absorved, causing the dehydratation. If occur more frequently ond serious for children and babies, but the adult can affected too. To prevent, need to drink the liquid that our organism absorb easilly, such as this oral rehydration solution.
In day that are very hot, need to drink much liquid, forcing the organism of bebies and little children. In this case, offer solution like this that are absorved easylly.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (water's cup) of water.
• 1 coffeee's spoon (shallow) of salt.
• 1 soup's spoon (medium) of sugar.

How to use:

Mix the salt and sugar in the water and, after each liquid excrement:

• The children need to drink slowslly, one cup of this serum.
• The adult need drink, two cup of this serum.

In Brazil, this solution are largelly divulgated in 80-th decade by iniciative of Brazilian Ministry of Healthiness.
